Forge Terms of Service

Effective Date: 14 September 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Forge platform, website, software, integrations and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Always Forge Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16240186, with its registered office at 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom (“Forge”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you use Forge on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

01

The Forge Service

Forge is an AI-powered sales management and performance platform designed to help organisations manage, analyse, coach and improve the performance of their sales teams.

The Services may include features such as:

  • Sales performance analysis
  • CRM data integration
  • Goal setting and tracking
  • One-to-one meeting preparation
  • AI-powered coaching
  • Training and quizzes
  • Performance insights
  • Awards and recognition
  • Reporting and analytics
  • Other related sales management functionality

Forge may integrate with third-party customer relationship management (“CRM”) platforms and other services, including Pipedrive, Salesforce and HubSpot.

We may add, modify or discontinue features from time to time as the Services evolve.

02

Accounts and Authorised Users

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Where an organisation purchases or uses Forge, it may authorise employees, contractors or other personnel to use the Services (“Authorised Users”).

The organisation is responsible for ensuring its Authorised Users comply with these Terms.

You must notify us promptly at support@alwaysforge.com if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.

03

CRM and Third-Party Integrations

Forge allows customers to connect third-party services, including CRM systems.

By connecting a third-party service to Forge, you authorise us to access, retrieve, process and, where specifically enabled, transmit information through that service to the extent necessary to provide the Services.

Depending on the integration and permissions granted, this information may include:

  • Contacts and leads
  • Companies or accounts
  • Opportunities and deals
  • Sales activities
  • Tasks
  • Notes
  • CRM users
  • Pipeline information
  • Sales performance information

Forge will only request permissions reasonably necessary to provide the relevant integration and functionality.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions and lawful bases to permit Forge to access and process information contained within systems you connect to the Services.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Forge is not responsible for the availability, performance or independent actions of third-party services.

You may disconnect supported integrations, although doing so may prevent certain Forge functionality from operating.

04

Customer Data

“Customer Data” means information, records and other content submitted to Forge by or on behalf of a customer or accessed by Forge through a customer-authorised integration.

As between Forge and the customer, the customer retains ownership of its Customer Data.

The customer grants Forge a limited right to access, host, copy, transmit and otherwise process Customer Data solely as necessary to:

  • Provide the Services
  • Secure and maintain the Services
  • Provide customer support
  • Comply with applicable law
  • Fulfil our contractual obligations

Forge does not sell Customer Data.

Forge does not use Customer CRM Data to train general-purpose AI models or models for other customers.

Where Forge processes personal data contained within Customer Data on behalf of a customer, the customer will generally act as the data controller and Forge will act as a data processor, as those terms are understood under applicable data protection law.

Additional data-processing terms may be provided through a Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”).

05

Artificial Intelligence Features

Certain Forge features use artificial intelligence and machine-learning technologies to analyse information and generate recommendations, summaries, coaching content, goals, questions, quizzes, reports, insights and other outputs (“AI Outputs”).

AI Outputs are generated automatically and may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate for a particular situation.

Customers and Authorised Users are responsible for reviewing AI Outputs before relying upon them or using them to make material decisions.

Forge should not be used as the sole basis for decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on an individual, including decisions concerning employment, dismissal, promotion, compensation or disciplinary action.

Forge is intended to assist managers and sales professionals, not replace appropriate human judgement and oversight.

06

Acceptable Use

You must not use the Services:

  • In violation of applicable law or regulation
  • To infringe the rights of another person or organisation
  • To gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data
  • To introduce malicious software or harmful code
  • To interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services
  • To circumvent technical protections
  • To systematically copy Forge functionality for the purpose of developing a directly competing service
  • To process information that you do not have the legal right to process
  • In a manner reasonably likely to damage Forge, our infrastructure, customers or third parties

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe use of the Services violates these Terms or presents a security, legal or operational risk.

07

Fees and Payment

Certain Forge Services may require payment of subscription or other fees.

Pricing, billing periods and applicable usage limits will be communicated when you subscribe or through a separate order form or agreement.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes.

Where subscriptions automatically renew, this will be communicated as part of the applicable subscription or order.

Failure to pay amounts when due may result in suspension or termination of access to paid Services.

08

Intellectual Property

Forge and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the Services, including the Forge software, platform, technology, designs, branding, documentation, algorithms and underlying intellectual property.

Except for the rights expressly granted under these Terms, no rights in Forge’s intellectual property are transferred to you.

Customers retain their rights in Customer Data.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, customers may use outputs generated by Forge for their internal business purposes.

09

Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential or commercially sensitive information from the other.

Each party agrees to use reasonable measures to protect such information and not disclose it except where necessary to perform obligations under these Terms, where authorised by the other party, or where required by law.

Customer Data accessed through CRM integrations will be treated as confidential information.

10

Data Protection and Privacy

Forge processes personal information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including, where applicable, the UK General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”) and Data Protection Act 2018.

Our handling of personal information is further described in the Forge Privacy Policy.

Where required, Forge and the customer may enter into a separate Data Processing Agreement governing Forge’s processing of personal data on the customer’s behalf.

11

Security

Forge uses reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect Customer Data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and loss.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

Customers remain responsible for appropriately configuring their accounts, integrations and access permissions and for protecting their own credentials.

12

Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, third-party service interruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may make changes to the Services where reasonably necessary for security, performance, legal compliance or product development.

13

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Forge at any time.

Subject to any applicable subscription or order terms, either party may terminate its relationship where the other materially breaches these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period after being notified.

We may immediately suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security threats, unlawful activity, non-payment or serious violations of these Terms.

Following termination, access to the Services may cease and Customer Data will be handled in accordance with our contractual obligations, Privacy Policy and applicable law.

14

Disclaimers

The Services and AI Outputs are provided on an “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge does not warrant that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every particular business purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to the above, Forge will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity or loss arising from reliance on AI-generated recommendations where such loss was not reasonably foreseeable.

Where permitted by law, Forge’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the fees paid or payable by the customer to Forge during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Different liability arrangements may apply where agreed in writing in an enterprise agreement or order form.

16

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, customers agree to be responsible for claims arising from their unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms or processing of data for which they did not possess the necessary rights or permissions.

17

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to the Services, law, security requirements or our business.

Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected customers.

Continued use of the Services following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

18

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
